Corridor Vc (E73) crosses the Croatia–Bosnia border at Svilaj: Croatia's A5 crosses the Sava by bridge here and continues as Bosnia's A1 motorway towards Doboj, Zenica and Sarajevo. It is the most direct route from Hungary and Slavonia into central Bosnia, and on to Mostar and the south – Polish drivers heading to Herzegovina via Osijek are among its users.
