Працівники митного контролю не виконують свої посадові інструкції. Більшість часу не виконують свої посадові обов'язки. Працівники митного контролю не мають людяності, що показує ставлення "себе вище інших". Чистота та гігієна взагалі відсутні на пункті пропуску. Прошу звернути увагу на вказані мінуси роботи пропускного пункту та виправити їх, оскільки це впливає на імідж країни загалом.

Рівно 12 годин пройшло, як ми проїхали Український кордон в Рава-Руській. Ми були ~200. За цей час без черги проїхали більше 50 машин. Без прикордонників і митників таке не можна зробити.

Туалети брудні,паперу немає,мила немає ,ремонт ще там робився за царя пенька ,жах😔Невже так важко привести в порядок хоча б туалети ,через кордон не тільки Українці їдуть ,іноземці також ,місце для паління -де???
