This page explains what data is processed when you use KolejkaNaGranicy.pl, for what purpose, and who else receives it.

Who runs the site
KolejkaNaGranicy.pl is a free board of queues at border crossings. It runs as part of the nakordoni.eu project, which supplies the queue data. For privacy matters, write to the address at the bottom of this page.
What data we process
The site has no user accounts — no registration or login is needed. Only the following is processed:
- Technical request data — IP address, browser type, page address and time. Recorded by our server and by Cloudflare, through which the site is delivered.
- Visit statistics — the site’s pages run Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to collect, among other things, pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
- Advertising cookies — on selected pages Google AdSense serves ads (details below).
- Theme setting — your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser’s storage (localStorage, key
yk-theme). It is not sent to the server. - Contact form data — only if you send it: name, optional email, subject, message text and page language.
What it is used for
We use the data to:
- run and secure the site and fix errors (technical data),
- see which pages and crossings are useful so we can improve the site (aggregate Google Analytics statistics),
- show the ads that keep the site free (Google AdSense),
- reply to your message and fix errors you report (contact form).
Contact form and retention
A message sent through the form is relayed via the nakordoni.eu server to the team’s internal notification channel on Telegram. KolejkaNaGranicy.pl does not save it in its own database. To limit spam, the form sets a session cookie (PHPSESSID) that allows at most one message per minute and expires when you close the browser. If you want us to delete a message you sent, write to us.
Who receives data
Data goes only to services the site needs to work:
- nakordoni.eu — source of the queue data and relay for contact-form messages,
- Cloudflare — page delivery and attack protection (technical request data),
- Google — statistics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising (Google AdSense),
- Telegram — the channel where contact-form messages arrive.
We do not sell personal data.
Cookies & advertising
This website displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other sites on the Internet.

Protection against invalid ad clicks
To protect advertisers and this site from invalid ad clicks, we count probable ad clicks per browser (using a random visitor ID) and per IP address. The IP address is stored only as a one-way hash. These counts are deleted after 24 hours. After 3 probable ad clicks in 24 hours, we stop showing ads to that browser for 24 hours by setting a cookie named nkd_na, and we may ask you to complete a short human check. If you complete the check or we have other strong signs that you are a person, the limit is 5 clicks. The rest of the site keeps working. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and keeping the service secure.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing and to object. For any of these, write to the address below. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Delete my data from this browser
The button below deletes the data KolejkaNaGranicy.pl has stored in your browser and on the server:
- settings saved in your browser for this site (localStorage and sessionStorage, e.g. the chosen theme),
- the session cookie (PHPSESSID) set by the contact form, together with that session’s data on the server,
- older site cookies (yaknak_lang, yaknak_session), if they still exist.
It does not delete Google cookies (Analytics, AdSense) — remove those in your browser settings. It also does not delete messages already sent through the form; write to us about those.
