Terms of Use

What the service is

KolejkaNaGranicy.pl is a free board of queues at Poland’s border crossings with Ukraine, Belarus and Russia (Kaliningrad Oblast), at selected crossings on internal Schengen borders (including with Germany and Lithuania), and at Romania–Bulgaria and Bulgaria–Greece crossings. For crossings we show an estimated waiting time and, where available, camera images and fuel prices. No registration is needed.

Nature of the data

Waiting times are estimates. They come from sources including nakordoni.eu, which combines data from official border services, camera images and traveller reports. The situation at the border can change within minutes, and data may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. Camera images may be out of date, and fuel prices are indicative.

Check the rules at the source

Border-crossing rules, required documents, crossing opening hours and vehicle restrictions can change from day to day. This site does not replace official announcements — before you travel, check them with the relevant authorities, for example:

• Polish Border Guard (Straż Graniczna) — strazgraniczna.gov.pl
• State Border Guard Service of Ukraine — dpsu.gov.ua

and the border and customs services of the country you are entering.

No guarantee and liability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the consequences of decisions made on the basis of information from the site, such as the choice of crossing or departure time.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for your own informational purposes. The following is not allowed:

• automated data collection (scraping, bots, bulk downloading of pages or camera images),
• deliberately overloading the service or bypassing its protections,
• republishing the site’s data as your own service or for commercial purposes without our consent,
• sending spam or deliberately false information through the contact form,
• any unlawful activity.
