NEOBUS operates modern, clean buses on Ukraine-Poland corridor routes with generally professional and courteous staff. Vehicles—often double-decker models—provide comfortable seating and are priced competitively, sometimes significantly cheaper than rival carriers. On-time performance is generally solid when delays don't occur. However, the carrier faces persistent operational issues: delays ranging from 20 minutes to over two hours occur without adequate explanation; transfer points are not clearly communicated in tickets or by drivers, frequently surprising passengers, especially families and those with luggage; and on-board amenities are inconsistently maintained, with non-functional WiFi, broken power outlets, and toilets lacking basic supplies. Seating lacks assigned reservations, leading to crowding and difficulty finding space. Staff communication is uneven, particularly regarding safety protocols and transfers, and language barriers sometimes create confusion for non-Polish speakers. While passengers appreciate the vehicle quality and pricing, the service reliability and customer communication issues undermine confidence in booking.
