This review documents a complete service failure by the carrier. Passengers, including female students, arrived at Warsaw station well in advance of their scheduled departure to Sumy (via Berlin), ready to board as planned. However, the bus never appeared at the designated platform announced by the dispatcher. After conducting a thorough search of the station, passengers could not locate any vehicle matching the provided route information, registration number, or identifying signage. Communication attempts with station drivers and dispatchers yielded no assistance or clarification. Most critically, when passengers finally connected with their assigned driver, he appeared to have made no arrangements to collect them from Warsaw—suggesting either gross negligence in route planning or deliberate abandonment. The complete absence of status updates, confirmation messages, or any passenger support throughout the incident compounded the failure. This represents a catastrophic breakdown in operational reliability, route execution, and basic customer service standards.
