This carrier demonstrates highly inconsistent performance that ranges from reliable and affordable to dangerously unreliable. Passengers on successful trips report comfortable, clean vehicles at competitive prices, with occasionally attentive drivers who wait for late passengers and maintain clear communication. However, these positive experiences represent only a small fraction of the data. The overwhelming majority of passengers experienced severe operational failures: buses failed to arrive or were cancelled within hours of departure, often citing vehicle breakdowns. Dispatchers became systematically unresponsive just before scheduled departures, leaving passengers stranded with no information or alternatives. Multiple passengers reported being misled—promised modern Mercedes vehicles arrived as older, poorly-maintained Renaults, and advertised direct routes became unexpected connections. When cancellations occurred, the carrier disputed claims with booking platforms, making refunds nearly impossible. Particularly troubling are reports of passengers being left at intermediate stops without clear onward transport instructions, and inoperative on-board facilities such as toilets. The pattern suggests systemic operational and financial problems rather than isolated incidents, concentrated on high-volume Ukraine-internal routes (Odesa-Kyiv-Chernihiv corridor) with especially frequent failures during 2020-2021.
